I can't find my reservation number

To access your online itinerary please enters your Amadeus reservation number provided by your travel agent and your name exactly as it appears in your reservation. If you do not have your reservation number, please contact your travel agent, your on-line booking provider or your airline company.

You will find your reservation number on your ticket or on the confirmation provided by your agent. It is sometimes referred to as "PNR" or "Record Locator.

The reservation number is a 6 digit alphanumeric code, i.e. it contains letters and numbers. You will only need to enter these 6 digits and never any codes that follow or precede it.

The method of adding a reservation to your calendar uses a browser plug-in, provided by Infotriever, that opens a popup window to initiate the process. Any popup blocking software should allow access from Infotriever and firewalls should allow outgoing access to Infotriever. Why can't I retrieve my reservation?  I still receive error messages

Please contact your travel provider/agency to make sure you have the correct reservation number and family name as it appears on your reservation. Also ask if your travel agency or travel provider supports www.checkmytrip.com, and/or if your access to Checkmytrip is activated.

I need a receipt or an invoice for refund

You can have an E-ticket receipt on Checkmytrip (if you have E-ticket) with a detailed cost breakdown of your reservation if your reservation agent has allowed it.  If the information provided in the E-ticket receipt is not sufficient, please contact your reservation agent or your airline company.

How does the e-ticket work? What do I have to do?

An e-ticket exists only as a digital record in the airline computers. You usually have to print out a copy of your reservation confirmation and/or e-ticket receipt which contains the record locator or reservation number in order to present it at the airport.  You can print these documents using the print feature at Checkmytrip.
